Please Be Kind to Cyclists (PBK2C) is an organization dedicated to increasing the harmony between automotive and bicycle traffic on Central Texas roadways. Our vision is to impact the behaviors and attitudes of both car drivers and bicycle riders in a manner that induces positive changes in the way both groups view one another.

In the last 20 months, there have been over 250 bicycle-motor vehicle crashes necessitating a police response in the City of Austin alone.

The net result of our activities will be a decrease in bicycle-motor vehicle related incidents and a concurrent rise in the number of individuals willing to ride bicycles on Central Texas roadways.
